Do I have to sign a contract for a definitive period of time
While you do have to sign a service agreement that outlines our rates, billing and cancellation policies and services being offered you are not bound to our services for a defined period of time. In emergency situations such as hospitalization, we ask that you notify us as soon as possible or we can continue care in the hospital if needed. Outside of emergency situations we require 24 hours notice for cancellations. If less than 24 hours notice is given the shift will be billed at 100% of the scheduled visit fee. Life At Home can waive the cancellation fee as they see fit.
